Snow in Singapore???

From Tanglin Mall

From Tanglin Mall

Not really... It's just the "snow-foam" at Tanglin Mall.

We had been wanting to bring the kids there to play with "snow" since the mall started it's year-end, Christmas tradition of putting up this play area for kids and kids at heart. This year we had the time. We were at Orchard Road to check on last minute Christmas sales while waiting for Mark to get off from work.

We were at Tanglin Mall around 7pm, quite early for the 730pm and 830pm schedule. There were not too many kids around that time. Then came 725pm and the people started converging in front of the mall.

The walkway from the main road to the mall entrance had Christmas decorations - log cakes, trees, big ball ornaments, gingerbread houses, etc. There were designated areas for the "snow-foam" machines.

The kids loved playing in the "snow" (although they liked it better in NZ as it was really cold and they were able to make snow balls).
